You can call, text, message, or signup directly from our website. We would need to know the size of the yard and the number of dogs for proper pricing.
Invoices can be paid by cash/check, Venmo, and coming soon we will have the option to pay your invoice directly with a credit or debit card through a secure payment portal.
We send out invoices once a month at the beginning of the month and they are due by the 15th of the month. We can also bill weekly for those who prefer that method.
We service Phillipsburg, Lopatcong, Pohatcong, Stewartsville, Greenwich, Washington Twp (Warren County), Washington Boro, Great Meadows, Oxford, Belvidere, and surrounding towns. If you don’t see your town listed please contact us as we are expanding every week to new areas.
Absolutely NOT. Services can be stopped and started at any time
Yes, we scoop in any weather, if it is heavy rain or lighting we might have to reschedule. Also in heavy snow, we do our best to scoop before a storm but if we cannot we get whatever is on top of the snow, and as it melts we are able to get the rest. We never charge extra in snow or rain.
No, you do not have to be home as we always text prior to arrival and send out reminders the night before or the day of your scheduled service. We also send a completed text to let you know the yard has been cleaned.
Yes if the dogs are friendly we have no issue, however, we ask if you are unsure better to air on the side of caution and have them properly secured.
We ask for the lawn to be maintained and not heavily overgrown and free of heavy leaves as we can only scoop what we see.
